The Prestigious Society "plug and play" Navigation and Video Enhancement Module is a passive and non-obtrusive OEM vehicle enhancement designed to bypass all the system lockouts associated with the factory navigation and entertainment systems.  The module allows freedom of use by the left front seat passenger while the vehicle is in motion or by the driver only when the vehicle is in Park.*

TERM OF USE

The Prestigious Society Navigation and Video Enhancement Module is intended for use solely by the left front seat occupant (passenger) while the vehicle is in motion or by the driver when the vehicle is in Park.

WARNING: Use of the override module as well as the Navigation and DVD/Video playback features that are enabled by the module (“the system”) by the driver while the vehicle is in motion is not an intended use of the system and may result in serious injuries and/or death, and/or damages to the driver and/or occupants in the vehicle or other unspecified damages.

Always obey all Federal, State, and local laws and regulations when operating your motor vehicle and/or the system. Prestigious Society makes no representations regarding compliance with any Federal, State or local laws as may apply to the as installed module and/or system. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure compliance regarding the installation and use of any automotive products before purchasing, and in the course of use, of the vehicle.

By purchasing the module from Advanced ICE Pty Ltd or its resellers, the buyer agrees to assume all liability and responsibility for any potential injuries and/or damages due to misuse of the module and/or system.  Buyer further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Advanced ICE Pty Ltd, its officers, directors, owners, affiliates, and assigns, as well as its vendors, for any accident, injuries or damages arising from improper installation or misuse of the module and/or system.

Use of the module may invalidate or void the terms of the original vehicle factory warranty.  Advanced ICE Pty Ltd makes no representations regarding and takes no responsibility pertaining to the effect of installation of the module on the original factory warranty.  Buyer assumes all risk of voiding or otherwise affecting the original factory warranty in the purchase and installation of the module.

This enhancement module is designed to work with the vehicle’s original equipment navigation system and software.  Any future upgrade on the navigation software, firmware or hardware from the dealerships may potentially create conflict with the enhancement module that may create limitations on its original functionalities. Should any future upgrades to the navigation software, firmware or hardware be performed, it is at the owner’s sole risk.  Advanced ICE Pty Ltd does not warrant its module in the face of subsequent modifications or upgrades to the navigation software, firmware or hardware and will not accept any returns of modules subjected to subsequent modifications or upgrades of the navigation software, firmware or hardware.
